Expert interviews
The objectives of the expert interviews are:
- A concentrated assessement of events from the point of view of top decision-makers (managing directors, purchasing directors, store managers, branch managers, etc.),
- Positioning the event in its competitive context,
In the case of non-visitors: analysing the reasons for not attending the event. - Depending on the respective target group, expert interviews are conducted as CATI-interviews, as interviews in written form or online interviews.
